Hi Ms Khurana, this is Georgia’s mother. We have been having problems logging in all week to Times Table Rock Stars. today has been the first day we were able to but a connection problem keeps arising every time when Georgia tries to actually play one of the tasks it comes up with an error message! Do you have any ideas how this can be rectified please? I know at the beginning of the week other pupils from your class were unable to login into the site as well.
I’ve had some problems with my connection today as well! If you have been able to log on today then it must be too many people logging on at the same time so the server is slow or the reception in your area as lots of families are working from home at the moment.
Is Georgia accessing all the lessons i’m uploading – I wasn’t sure if she was scrolling the pages to the bottom and using the tab in the right hand corner. Each day I post numerous pages, giving more detail on the tasks suggested. Let me know if you have any other questions.
Thank you for coming back to me on this, Georgia was finally able to join in with the Times Table Rock Stars this evening and made a great contribution to the class score.
She wasn’t aware of the tab in the bottom right hand corner, it’s a new laptop and this is a software programme I am not familiar with so we are both finding out feet. She has done the persuasive work but wrote it by hand. I have uploaded a screen shot of the piece to her saved folder this evening but I’m afraid you’ll have to wait for morning for Georgia to be able to save it in a place that you can view it too.
